With a solid foundation working as a sales executive, he commenced his recruitment career in 2014 at Michael Page in New York City. His impeccable performance propelled him to join a boutique recruitment firm, where he established a sales desk from scratch. Specializing in connecting sales professionals with esteemed global B2B SaaS startup companies, he demonstrated his expertise in matching top talent with the right organizations.

In 2020, Karim embarked on a new venture and founded his own recruitment firm, Belbest Talent.
